The annual Friends Seminary Contemporary Art Preview was held on Thursday, February 20 at 52 Walker. To see this year’s submissions and to bid on Artsy, click here. The School is especially grateful to have art submissions from members of the Parent of Alumni community including: Patrick Graham, Suzanne Anker and Purdy Eaton and volunteer organizational support from Lavon Kellner.

All proceeds from the sale will be applied to Artists for Artists, an endowed fund for financial aid for the children of artists. Established in 2022, the Fund will support the long tradition of artists who choose Friends for their children. Their presence contributes to an open, inclusive and equitable environment that the School continuously strives for. As of June 30, 2024 the Fund stood at $553,400. Once this fund is fully established within the endowment, it will generate an estimated 5% return annually. To learn more about the School’s endowment, click here.
